We are members of FOS, FPC and FSC through our membership with SAIF. We have earned our reputation through our caring personal service, ensuring that attention is paid to every detail to ensure the complete funeral service.

Facilities
Four restrooms, Two service rooms (50 & 70 seated), Organist, 24-hour service, Complete funeral service.

Rest Rooms
We have Rest Rooms available in each of our premises and are available to anyone wishing to pay their last respects.

Service Rooms
We have 2 Service Rooms available, each with it's own organ , hearing-aid loop system and P.A. for larger congregations. The Service Room at Robert Samson's seats 70 people and 50 can be seated at James L. Wallace.

Transport
We provide comfortable Mercedes limousines , each capable of conveying up to 7 passengers to and from the funeral. Our Hearse is also a Mercedes to match the limousines. All of our drivers are smartly turned out in grey uniforms and chauffeurs caps and are polite, sympathetic and helpful.

Religious Funerals
We cater for people of any faith and are happy to conduct services for any of the major religions, particularly all branches of the Christian faith. We regularly conduct services for Presbyterians, Baptists, Roman Catholics, Episcopalians and many other smaller denominations.

Non-Religious Funerals
More and more people these days are choosing either a Humanist Funeral or a Civil Funeral.

A Humanist Funeral Ceremony is conducted by a Humanist Celebrant from the Humanist Society and is a non-religious ceremony, with music and readings selected by the family in place of hymns and religious readings. A Civil Funeral Ceremony can be a mixture of both the religious and Humanist ceremonies and can be tailored to suit your requirements.

Embalming
We carry out our own embalming at our Broughty Ferry premises where we have proper mortuary facilities, including a refrigerated store . Embalming is not carried out on everyone , but is useful for improving the presentation of the body , especially if the funeral has been delayed or if the body is being transported some distance.
